Do you own a large house that may be suitable for conversion into flats? We are looking for large houses with or without planning permission. If it suits all parties involved we will agree to buy your home subject to us getting planning permission to carry out the conversion. In some instances we will purchase some properties unconditionally so please let us know the type of property that you own and we will be able to give you some guidance.
