provided our solicitor receives the necessary documentation we will exchange
contracts on your property immediately and complete at a time of your choosing. We can complete the sale
immediately should you wish or we can delay the completion to suit you.
We Have Cash Funds Available
In most cases we will not requires access to your property and as we are cash buyers we do not need to arrange funding. A lot of property companies are still trying to borrow money from banks and other financial institutions to fund their purchases.
.In most cases these transactions are simply not happening because property investments such as regulated tenancies are practically unmortgaeable unless you have got a very large deposit and even then the banks are very reluctant to accept them as security.
