As well as sitting tenants and freeholdground rents our company is also keen to purchase commercial property investments. We are lloking to acquire shops with upper parts, warehouses that are on long term lets, and lock up garages.
We will consider commercial property portfolios in the London area and as this forms part of our core investment strategy for the future. We are looking to purchase stock with blue chip tenants but going forward all types of commercial tenancies will be considered.
The commercial units that we want to buy do not necessarily need to be fully let as we will purchases stock that is only partially let. If you are selling a property that is in need of alteration or renovation we would also like to hear from you.
