If you decide to sell your property direct to us without instructing an estate agent you will obviously not be required to pay anybody a fee. .
Many people are now using the internet as a means to selling there properties as an alternative to paying an agents fees that are on average 1.5% - 2% + VAT of the eventual sale price that you achieve. You will also need to have to pay for a home information pack to be carried out which you will have to pay whether or not your property is sold!
If you decide to sell your property privately based on a figure of £200,000 you will be saving in the region of £5,000
Home Information Packs
A HIP is not required if you fall into the following category:
Properties that are sold privately to a company like ours. Non Residential properties. mixed sales, for example a shop with a flat. Sales of portfolios of propeties, for example selliing two properties together. Properties not being sold with vacant posession, for example with a sitting tenant. Unsafe properties and properties due to be demolished.
If you do not place your property on the market with an estate agent you will not be required to pay for a home information pack. If you sell your property to our company this could save you a figure of atleast £400 + VAT.
We Will Pay Your Solicitors
As part of our fast sale package we will pay your solicitors fees once we complete our purchase. Atleast you know that the price that has been agreed is the figure that will be transferred to your bank account on completion day.
